From the beginning, we knew we would try to preserve as many original elements as possible or replace those that were too damaged with replicas. However, we were aware that the standards of today&#8217;s life are completely different.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The reconstructed house was designed by <strong>architect Franti\u0161ek Kaval\u00edr<\/strong>, a student of <strong>Jan Kot\u011bra<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cre8.cz\/en\/reference\/vila-silenta\">Vila Silenta<\/a>, located near other modernist monuments, attracts architecture enthusiasts with its view of Prague. &#8220;We wanted to preserve the original beauty but bring the villa into 2024 so that it would be a beautiful place to live,&#8221; adds Raiser.<\/p>\n<p>The challenging reconstruction culminated in a week-long open house for professionals and potential buyers, during which the developer also showcased the interiors. The furnishings were done in collaboration with renowned brands such as the German manufacturer <strong>Rolf Benz<\/strong>, Czech glassworks <strong>Brokis<\/strong>, and the high-end bathroom fittings manufacturer <strong>Gessi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Our glass also had the special honor of adorning the villa at the grand opening.
