The beginnings of Czech glassmaking date back to the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries. tradition through which the whole world knows us.

Cut lead crystal, engraved and enameled vases. Nostalgic items that were in every showcase of our grandfathers and grandmothers. Swan, cupcakes, coasters, vases, cups and fragrances too. I created a kind of shop window, showcase, view under the water, grass turf. Chemical processes, changes of forms and surfaces. Cut lead crystal, a memory of my grandfather, glass cutters. The treasure that grows with “young” borax crystals is a sort of way forward, new forms, my continuity with my grandfather’s work. Tradition, craft, flair that change and “crystallize” somewhere.

Traditional cut, engraved and painted animals, enamelled flowers, traditional decorative methods on glass are slowly becoming a forgotten glass treasure. Despite this, Czech glass is well known and sought after all over the world and it keeps its excellent quality.
