Pop-up exhibition in project VII. House.

“When such exceptional residential housing is presented as the project VII. House at Valdštejnské náměstí, it’s time to come up with something unusual and completely special. Therefore, in one of of completed apartments, a one-day pop-up exhibition of the young designer František Jungvirt was created.”

“The real estate market is changing, so it is necessary to look for new ways to present luxury projects and draw attention to their exceptionality,” says Denisa Višňovská, commercial director and partner of the real estate company LEXXUS NORTON, which was exclusively entrusted with the sale of apartments in project VII. House.

An exclusive place calls for an exclusive event

This was precisely the reason why LEXXUS NORTON organized a one-day pop-up exhibition in one of the completed apartments, where the silhouettes of František Jungvirt’s glass vases in a set design created by the Prague design studio JINNE met the paintings of the painter Lu Jindrak Skřivánková.

Soft pastel tones in shades of pink and green, which appeared on František’s vases, smoothly transitioned into Lu’s canvases, creating a perfect symbiosis of shapes and colors. Selected clients of the LEXXUS NORTON company, who were invited to this unusual and very special event, were also able to talk directly with František Jungvirt during the exhibition.

How to experience a new home

“We have been operating on the Czech market for more than 30 years, we have a very wide database of clients, so we know very well that what was astonishing just a few years ago is now a common standard. So we have to advance not only our services, but also the way we present individual places to clients. A pop-up exhibition can perfectly capture the atmosphere and soul of a new home, so clients can also spend a few days in their possible future apartment pleasant hours, and also decide according to that how they feel here, and find out how they would like to live here.”

The apartment in which the exhibition was held therefore did not resemble an austere gallery, but rather a cozy place for living furnished with iconic pieces of contemporary Czech design. There was also the Cocon Lounge Chair by Masters & Masters, designed by Lucie Koldová, or the chaise longue by the Czech company Polstrin from the pen of designers Terezia Lexová and Štěpán Smetana, who even won the prestigious international award Red Dot 2023 for this collection.

Unique in the heart of Mala Strana

Although the exhibition was a one-day event, it was a residential project VII. The house can be visited at any time by appointment with one of the agents of the exclusive seller of the project, LEXXUS NORTON, and view all the apartments completed so far. The genius loci of Malá Strana and the cooperation of two renowned architectural studios have given rise to housing that is unparalleled in Prague. The historic building on Valdštejnské náměstí has ​​undergone an almost artistic reconstruction and offers a total of 17 apartments in a place surrounded by noble palaces, gardens and town houses. There is also a wide range of their layouts, from the size of a studio to a large apartment 4+kk, the only one on the top floor of the building. Future owners can enjoy wonderful views of Prague Castle, its southern garden, the Cathedral of St. Welcome to the neighboring Valdštejn Palace.
